Equipment for team rides
What equipment MUST a rider have on team rides? Helmet – Make sure that it fits properly. Two fingers maximum should fit in the slack under the chin when it is buckled up. Helmets
One of the most important pieces of equipment besides your bike is a helmet. Helmets are required for all rides and races. This includes coaches, parents or anyone riding with the team.
